My journey for designing for the World began from this fifty-people house in a small village in India.
Bhargava along with his team led the product experience design for the first three years of Sprinklr. During this phase, a suite of product features were launched and the team onboarded the marquee customers such as Nike, Intel and Castrol.
As person #2 (external), Bhargava designed the iconic logo and managed the design teams till 2013. In 2016, he returned to Ola as one of the three COOs and established Ola Innovation Lab. The Lab grew from a three member team to over 100.
Leading a team of 35 designers, Bhargava introduced data-driven techniques to create a new mobile-first e-commerce experience. Flipkart became the first Indian app to cross 50 million install mark on Android while maintaining rating over 4.5.

In 2009, Bhargava left Masters at National Institute of Design and founded DSYN, a boutique experience design studio.
In 2013, co-founded Appiterate, a Mobile Marketing Automation & A/B Testing Platform. To accelerate towards mobile-first shopping e-commerce, Walmart-Flipkart acquired Appiterate.
Post acquisition of Appiterate + DSYN, Bhargava introduced data-driven design practices at Flipkart.
Driving Ola’s expansion from ride sharing to new mobility, Bhargava established Ola Innovation Lab. The Lab nurtured various research projects for near-term commercial use and longer-term strategic purposes.
